Sponsorship Opportunities
As a sponsor of Strides for Hope, you will be identified as a supporter of a critical women’s health issue that affects the entire family. Your name will be associated with an initiative to combat this less talked about cancer that is increasing in visibility at the local and national levels.
Sponsorship may consist of all cash or a combination of cash and "in kind” contributions. In kind contributions are encouraged for goods and services deemed essential to the success of the event. In kind contributions are credited to the level of sponsorship according to the value of the goods or services provided. The OCAO and the sponsor will agree to the value of the contribution and level of sponsorship.
In Kind Sponsorship Opportunities
Advertising sponsorship: Underwrite the cost of print/radio/TV ads.
Banners and Signage: Directional and parking signs, sponsor banners, Ovarian Cancer info banners, Start and finish banners, Banner across State St. in Westerville to advertise event, tent signage, etc.
Refreshments: Bottled water, fruit, bagels, energy bars etc for event participants.
Audio-visual equipment: Stage, sound system, DJ, microphones, walkie-talkies, etc.
Security officers: Security the night before event after initial setup.
Transportation/shuttle services: Transportation for participants from surrounding parking lots to Westerville Community Center.
Raffle prize donations.
Survivor bag donations: Approximately 100 bags to give to Survivors and/or gifts to put inside bags.
Flower donations: Mums placed along finish line in honor and in memory of loved ones. Approximately 100 roses to hand to Survivors as they cross finish line.
